Special Congress rates and allocations will be secured for the Congress
dates and these consolidated with free market pricing rates within the same booking environment, drawing from over 100 rate providers.

This will ensure that delegates will be offered the best rates available at the time of booking. Accommodation rates for 2022 will be secured a year in advance of the Congress.

London has a large range of quality budget hotels across the city….

Two nationwide chains have rooms across the city. Travelodge currently has 40 hotels in London, with over 5,800 rooms available. Premier Inn has over 20 hotels in central London. London also offers a growing number of private apartments that can be rented for a short stay through the likes of Airbnb. There is also a wide choice of guest houses and bed & breakfast accommodation that can be booked by individuals.

University rooms are available to rent over the summer and offer a value alternative to hotels. The Congress Organisers intend to negotiate university accommodation allotments and make these available via the congress website.
